The ex-COO of Consulting Services Support Corp. says its CEO Eric Smith fired him for refusing to submit to Smith's "messianic" belief that Smith was "the Spiritual Teacher" of a self-created religion pieced together from Ouspensky, Gurdjieff, Sufism and other religions, in Oakland County Court, Mich.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Circle K, DirecTV, Lakin Tire West, and Vision-X, in Los Angeles Superior Court; ACF Custom Concrete Construction, in San Francisco Federal Court; Forefront Education and the Illinois School of Health Careers, in Chicago Federal Court; Security USA, in Manhattan Federal Court; St. Vincent's Services, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Gold Belt and The Bionetics Corp., in Burlington County Court, N.J.; Tempo Inc., in Baltimore Federal Court; Olympus America, in Nashville Federal Court; and Business Representation International, in Miami-Dade County Court.
