A 40-year employee claims Qwest harassed and constructively fired her to retaliate for her truthful testimony about its discrimination against Hispanic employees, in Eugene, Ore., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: US Extradition Services, in Houston Federal Court; Mi Pueblo San Jose, in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Gateway Plastering, in Orange County Court, Calif.; FedEx, and Expressway Printing & Typesetting, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Advanced Gastroenterology of Naples, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
