Professional Musicians Local 47, the American Federation of Musicians and other union locals blacklist members who resign fulltime membership, seven musicians claim in Los Angeles Federal Court. Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Western National Group, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Stride & Associates, Ensign United States Drilling, and Regent Parking, in Los Angeles Superior Court; and Kid Zone USA, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court.
