Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Hertz, LA-Z Boy, and Cemex, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Southland Paving, and Associated Ready Mixed Concrete, in San Diego Superior Court; Total Finance, in Cook County Court; Detail USA, in Jacksonville Federal Court; Best Roofing of New Jersey and S&M Contracting, in Hudson County Court; Regis Corp., in Atlanta Federal Court; Lafarge North America, Maximum Security Services, Mathis Tire and Auto Service, Minor Enterprises, and Moondryve Cleaners, in Memphis Federal Court; and Frontier Financial Group, in Tampa Federal Court.
