Federal Express and Jack in the Box violate the Labor Code, workers say in class actions in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Citigroup, in Los Angeles Federal Court; St. John Knits, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Stericycle, in San Francisco Federal Court; General Growth Properties, in an ERISA claim in Chicago Federal Court; Micki's Towing and Quality Tech and the California State Automobile Association, in a single complaint in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Giuffre Autoworld, in Kings County Court, Brooklyn; Girasol Bakery, in Brooklyn Federal Court; and Delaware North PCD Property Owners Association, in Orlando Federal Court.
