Longs Drug Stores cheated its pharmacy managers and pharmacists of more than $5 million in wages, a class action claims in San Diego Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: California Pizza Kitchen, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Kraft Foods, in Detroit Federal Court; Allcom Construction & Installation Services, in Orlando Federal Court; and Ty Pancakes, in Solano County Court, Calif.
