Law professor Danne L. Johnson claims the Oklahoma City University School of Law discriminates against women and minorities, including black women such as her, in Oklahoma City Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Trump National Golf Club, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Volt Telecommunications, in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Sutton Foundation, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Atlas Computer Consultants, and Sunover in Chicago Federal Court; Reliable Life Insurance, in Beaumont, Texas, Federal Court; The Lube Center, in Harrisburg Federal Court; Kahala Hotel and Resort, in Honolulu Federal Court; and County of San Diego In House Supportive Services Public Authority, in a complaint over travel time, in San Diego County Court.
