Matthew Neumann, an internal auditor, claims Boeing fired him for blowing the whistle on its "suspected violations of Sarbanes-Oxley Act," in Seattle Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Seagate Technologies, in San Francisco Federal Court; Barnes & Noble, Flextronics America, The Avenue/United Retail Group, First King Gentleman's Club, and Starz Gentlemen's Club, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Dollar General Corp., in Jackson, Tenn., Federal Court; Majestic Home Improvements Distributor, and Alle Processing Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; ALL Construction Services of Southwest Florida, in Fort Myers Federal Court; and Krystal Co., in New Orleans Federal Court.
