Unit Drilling Co. allowed its supervisors to threaten a black employee with a noose and threaten to "kill that nigger today," the worker claims in Oklahoma City Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Macy's, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Celebrity Cruises, in Miami Federal Court; The Vinegar Factory, in Manhattan Federal Court; Cook Retail Construction Services, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Padilla Insurance Group, in Orlando Federal Court; Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; and Alameda County, for firefighters' travel time, in San Francisco Federal Court.
