Sung Chang and Hyang Chang smuggled Koreans into the country and put them to work at Club Wa in Dallas in debt bondage, virtual slavery and forced prostitution, three women claim in Dallas Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: L&M Fuller Family Partnership, on behalf of immigrant workers, in Denver Federal Court; Southern California Edison, and Ferguson Enterprises, in Los Angeles Superior Court; California Check Cashing Stores, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Countrywide Insurance Services, in Ventura County Court, Simi Valley; Select Comfort, on behalf of sales reps, in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis; National Filter Service, in DC Federal Court; the City of New York, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Orlando Sentinel Communications, Blue Martini Orlando, Rent King, and Pancho's Spanish Bakery & Deli, in Orlando Federal Court; Simply Fashion Stores, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court; St. Vincent's Health System, in Jefferson County Court, Montgomery, Ala.; United Storm Services, in Tampa Federal Court; AEG Retail, and Mason Evans Inc., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Metromedia Restaurant Group, and Machouston's Enterprise, in Dallas Federal Court.
