Hilton Los Angeles Airport, Sterling Enterprises, Diamond Contract Services, BF Operations Holding Co., and Ruggeri Marble & Granite & Charles Pankow Builders violate the Labor Code, according to class actions in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Orsay (a restaurant), and Bistro New York, in Manhattan Federal Court; Il Fornaio America Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; E-Z Rent A Car, in Orlando Federal Court; Continental Window and Glass Corp., and Rich Harvest Farms Co., in Chicago Federal Court; Bank of America Corp., in Fort Lauderdale Federal Court; World Alliance Financial Corp., Vertical Lend, and Mortgage Warehouse, in a single complaint in Central Islip Federal Court; Fragoso Enterprises, in Tampa Federal Court; Landmark Development Group, Mainline Supply of Florida, Fashion Fresh, and West Coast Plumbing, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
