Lakeway Ford-Mercury president and general manager Mike Larkin demanded that an employee "have sexual intercourse with him or lose her job," she claims in Jefferson City, Mo., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Shalev Family Home, in Los Angeles Superior Court; and General Wholesale Co., in Atlanta Federal Court.
