ANG Newspapers allowed its workers to harass, attack and intimidate a black pressman for years, and hang a noose at his work station, he claims in Alameda County Court, Oakland.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Kaiser Permanente Information Technology, in San Diego Federal Court; AT&T Operations, in Los Angeles Superior Court; JP Morgan Chase & Co., and Coca Cola Enterprise, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Mirage Casino Hotel, on behalf of dealers, in Las Vegas Federal Court; Sears Roebuck, JLG Industries, and Discount Car Wash Co., in Houston Federal Court; Goodyear Tire & Robber, in Indianapolis Federal Court; Martin Transportation Systems, in Fort Wayne Federal Court; CLM Sanitation, in Atlanta Federal Court; Blue Septic Tank Service, and Your Great Garage, in Tampa Federal Court; Mainline Supply of Florida, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Wilson's Limited, in Jacksonville Federal Court; and Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Pantex in Amarillo Federal Court.
