Hardy Corp. allowed its employees to intimidate a black co-worker with racial epithets and a hangman's noose, Bruce McFadden claims in Tuscaloosa Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Nordstrom, in San Diego Superior Court; McAfee and ScanAlert, in Solano County Court, Calif.; Kedren Community Health Center, Davita Inc./Renal Healthcare, and Searles Valley Minerals Operations, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Lockheed, in Camden, N.J., Federal Court; American Coach Lines of Orlando, Mears Destination Services, Avatar Properties, and Fence Outlet, in Orlando Federal Court; Super Runners Shop, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Ourisman Mitsubishi, in Greenbelt, Md., Federal Court.
