Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Nordstrom, International Paper Co., U.S. Borax, and Human Contract/Overbrook Entertainment, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Lockheed Martin, in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; PPS Parking, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Lennar Corp., in Houston Federal Court; Coqui Check Cashing/JCG Check Cashing, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Comcast, Superior Pipeline Services, Corporate Commercial Sweeping, Plaza Security, and W.S. Outler and Associates, in Atlanta Federal Court.
