Le Cirque Restaurant stiffs employees for overtime, pays less than minimum wage and skims from their tips, a class action claims in Manhattan Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: American Medical Response/Emergency Medical Services Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Sears Roebuck, in San Diego Superior Court; Railcrew Xpress, in Fort Worth Federal Court; JC World Bell Wholesale Co., in Manhattan Federal Court; B&B Food Distributors, in Terre Haute, Ind., Federal Court; West Minister Care of Clermont, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; and Tolt Technologies Service Group, in Orlando Federal Court.
