OnShore Network, Centurytel, and the City of Chicago violate the Labor Code, workers claim in separate class actions in Chicago Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations also have been filed against these defendants: Cleo & Patek Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; B3 Professional Contractors Network, in Houston Federal Court; Wellstone Mills, for a mass layoff, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court; McNeal & White Contractors, in Orlando Federal Court; Walpole Inc., in Orange County Court, Fla.; and Lookin' Good Hand Car Wash, in Cook County Court.
