Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Lucky Strike Entertainment, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Cbiz and affiliates, in Los Angeles Federal Court; 3S Network, in Contra Costa County Court, Calif.; Watson Roofing, in Sacramento Superior Court; Esmark Corp., in Delta, Miss., Federal Court; Shaun Kelley Weight Loss Inc., in Houston Federal Court; and the Pressley Ridge Center for Young Children, in Harrisburg, Pa., Federal Court.
