Three black workers say Home Depot allowed them to be racially intimidated and failed to investigate nine hangman's nooses in the workplace, in Orange County Court, Calif.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Powercom Co., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Rite-Aid, in Sacramento Superior Court; Advanced Digital Communications, in Boston Federal Court; TCI Education, in Philadelphia Federal Court; East Bay Building Services, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Sugarland Petroleum, Zakoil International, Lone Star Petroleum and others, in a single complaint in Houston Federal Court.
