A 28-year employee claims the Idaho Department of Fish and Game demoted him because he refused to sign what he believe is a false declaration about wildlife and because he publicly opposed a proposed wind farm, in Boise Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: The Huntley Hotel, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Siemens and Dade Behring Holdings, in Delaware Federal Court; AMF Bowling Centers, and Cipriani Landmark Management and affiliates, in Manhattan Federal Court; Skytech Enterprises, in Chicago Federal Court; Bear Communications, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Kansas Copter and Wings, in Wichita Federal Court; and Turtle Bay Resort Hotel, in Honolulu Federal Court.
