A musician claims The Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra violated an agreement by disparaging him with false sex-related accusations after he left the orchestra, in Orange County Court, Fla.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: McClatchy Co. dba the Fresno Bee, on behalf of delivery workers, in Fresno Federal Court; College Hospital Inc. and affiliates, and Comfort Inn & Suites, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Mastec North America, in Atlanta Federal Court; Smith Tie and Timber, in Oxford, Miss., Federal Court; and Arthur J. Gallagher Service Co., in San Diego Federal Court.
