A state corrections worker who was disabled and retired claims the Teachers' and State Employees' Retirement System pays her only for disability and not for retirement, in a class action in Wake County Court, N.C.

A woman claims in Los Angeles Superior Court that her boss at Payless Foods, Tony Tourcelle, masturbated and ejaculated in front of her, and when she complained to a manager he refused to report the harassment, but said she would be fired if she reported it, and she did report it and was fired.

A worker who was born in Poland claims her boss at Brunswick Corp. dba Life Fitness discriminated against her, and fired her, after she refused to keep bringing the boss Polish vodka in exchange for overtime, in Anoka County Court, Minn.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Parker Hannifin Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; AJ&K corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Cross Connection Communications, in Austin Federal Court; I Proc Orlando, in Orlando Federal Court; All American Air Conditioning & Heating Contractors, in Gainesville, Fla., Federal Court; Smithfield Packing, in Raleigh, N.C., Federal Court; and DavCo Restaurants, in Baltimore Federal Court.
