A class action claims Chrysler unfairly refuses to cover the cost of spinal cord stimulators for employees on workers comp, in Delaware Chancery Court.

Three women say Carl Himel subjected them to constant lewd and perverted harassment, including "masturbating in and around his office," forcing them to quit their jobs at Carl Himel Insurance, in Orange County Court, Texas.

American Housekeeping Inc., of Burlington, Mass., refused to keep a supervisor from sexually stalking, harassing and assaulting four women he supervised until a criminal court ordered him to stay away from them, the women claim in Middlesex County Court, Woburn, Mass.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: First Class Vending, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Imaginasian Entertainment, Wolfgang's Steakhouse, and Ellen's Stardust Diner, in Manhattan Federal Court; Yosemite Waters Co. and Bastanchury Waters Co., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Panchos Villas of Huntington Village, in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; RCDC Inc., McGrath Rent Corp./Mobile Modular Management Corp., and Pierce Manufacturing, in Tampa Federal Court; Elite Construction Co. SW, and Somerset Organic Farms, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; RWD Technologies and Populus Group, in Fresno Federal Court; and The Vintage Club, in Riverside County Court, Calif.
