Sexual harassment from Happy Software CEO Joseph Mastrianni, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y., was so relentless - including stripping in her presence and "rubbing up against her while naked" - that it drove a managerial employee to try to kill herself, she claims in Albany Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Samsung Electronics and Sears Roebuck, and Sprint/Nextel, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Tapout LLC, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Security Industry Specialists, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Simsmetal East, and SecureWatch24, in Manhattan Federal Court; Image Iron Works, Essex Plaza Management Associates, and Page II Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Great Lakes Carpet & Tile, and Cleaning Concepts, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Tesco Corp., in Houston Federal Court; Central Florida Investments/Westgate Resorts, in Orlando Federal Court; and South Waterloo Towing, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland.
