The Pennsylvania State Police fired a trooper for objecting to her boss's and co-workers' sexual harassment, Stacey Gelvin claims in Harrisburg Federal Court.

The New Jersey State Fair/Sussex County Farm & Horse Show Association fired a woman for having an affair with a male manager, but it didn't fire the man, and it has no policy against such relationships anyway, the woman claims in Sussex County Court, Newton, N.J.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: ConocoPhillips, and Schneider National Carriers, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Taste of Italy Restaurant Group, in San Diego Superior Court; the City of Palmdale, for age discrimination, in Los Angeles Superior Court; K.R. Haase Restoration, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court; Ambaroom Restaurant & Lounge, in New York Federal Court; Empire Environment Services, in Brooklyn Federal Court; AWSS Enterprises, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court; and BP Express, in Savannah, Ga., Federal Court.
