The New Jersey State Fair/Sussex County Farm & Horse Show Association fired a woman for having an affair with a male manager, but it didn't fire the man, and it has no policy against such relationships anyway, the woman claims in Sussex County Court, Newton, N.J.

Haase Restoration, in Richmond, Va., Federal Court; Ambaroom Restaurant & Lounge, in New York Federal Court; Empire Environment Services, in Brooklyn Federal Court; AWSS Enterprises, in Marshall, Texas, Federal Court; and BP Express, in Savannah, Ga., Federal Court.
