Carnegie Mellon University refused to discipline a professor who sexually assaulted a woman he supervised, constructively firing her, she claims in Allegheny County Court, Pittsburgh.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Taco Bell/Yum! Brands, in Fresno Federal Court; Venetian Casino Resort, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas; ADT Security Services, in Chicago Federal Court; Nashville CARES, in Nashville Federal Court; Truck Traits, and Christy's Fast Food, in Tulsa Federal Court; Short Trip Food Mart, in Houston Federal Court; Risona Inc., in Central Islip, N.Y., Federal Court; Mangroves Bar & Grill, in Tampa Federal Court; and Chartre Services/Sentry Asset Management, in Oxford, Miss., Federal Court.
