Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: VSS Security Services, in San Diego Federal Court; Anderson News Co., in Knoxville Federal Court; Houston International Aircraft Support, in Houston Federal Court; Geisha NYC dba Japonais, in Manhattan Federal Court; Delta-T Group Social Service Staffing, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Jersey City Board of Education, in Hudson County Court, N.J.; Summer Rain Sprinkler Systems, in Hartford Federal Court; Plainfield Board of Education, in Newark Federal Court; Brazzaz, in Chicago Federal Court; Fire Pros, in Grand Rapids, Mich., Federal Court; Rosedale Dodge, for a mass layoff, in Minneapolis Federal Court; Veracity Research, in Sherman, Texas, Federal Court; Siemens Energy, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Medical Outsourcing Services, in DuPage County Court, Ill.; and Sysco Food Services of San Diego, in San Diego Superior Court.
