A black teacher claims the Decatur City Board of Education refused to renew her teaching contract when it learned she was having a baby with her white husband, in Huntsville, Ala., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: CVS Caremark, in an overtime complaint from managerial employees, in Providence Federal Court; Petco Animal Supplies, in San Diego Superior Court; DHL Express, in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court; DAV-El Reservations System, in Brooklyn Federal Court; The Men's Wearhouse, and Direct Hit Logistics / Linehaul Solutions, in Houston Federal Court; FECC Inc., in Orlando Federal Court; Peace of Mind Technologies / Carefree Security, in Manhattan Federal Court; Kaleida Health, and Catholic Health System, in Erie County Court, Buffalo, N.Y.; Pacific Gas & Electric Co., in San Luis Obispo County Court, Avila Beach; Owens & Minor, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Sousa Seafood, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; Murphy Pipeline Contractors, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; and Big Masonry, in Houston Federal Court.
