Two women say Group O fired them for complaining of its toleration of sexual harassment. One says she was fired for "creating a hostile work environment" for a co-worker by complaining that he rubbed a fake penis in her face, in Chicago Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Spansion, for a mass layoff, in San Jose Federal Court; Allied Protection Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Abbott Laboratories, in New York County Court; Vitol Inc., in Houston Federal Court; Mustang and Marathon Contracting Corps., in Newark Federal Court; Management & Training Corp., and McGuyver Homebuilders, in Austin Federal Court.
