An employee at Cars Direct persuaded a woman to test drive a car she didn't want to buy, then took her to a secluded spot, pawed her and tried to extort her into performing a sex act, the woman claims in Jefferson Circuit Court in Kentucky.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Spansion LLC and Spansion Inc. in San Jose Federal Court; B&D Machine Corp. in Chicago Federal Court; Liberty Travel in Newark Federal Court and Robert Half International in San Diego Superior Court.
