Ford Motor Company fired an employee for missing work when he was trapped in Palestine when borders were closed, Moien Louzon claims in Wayne County Court in Michigan.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: BCBG Max Azria International Holdings and VFS Fire & Security Services in Orange County Superior Court; Affinity Health Plan in Manhattan Federal Court; Michigan Bell Telephone Co. in Detroit Federal Court; Max Rave LLC and BCBG Max Azria Group in Alameda County Superior Court; Willco Electric in Ocala Federal Court (Fla.); Baran Telecom in Hillsborough County Court (Fla.); Advanced Power Technologies in Pinellas County Court (Fla.); Bottling Group dba PBG in San Diego Federal Court; Alphastaff Inc. and Shapells Inc. in Duval County Court (Fla.); Southern Wine and Spirits of America, Centex Corp., Centex Home Realty Co., Delta Computer Consulting and Kaplan Higher Education Corp. in Los Angeles Superior Court and Hillman Group in Milwaukee Federal Court.
