Robert Lally, an employee at Millard Drywall Supply, approached a temp worker from behind and "shoved a broom handle into his rectum, through (his) clothing," the worker claims in Douglas County Court (Neb.). As a result, the plaintiff allegedly suffered a "rectal muscle contusion," which caused "severe debilitating pain."

Cablevision employee Carlos D. Tejada assaulted and sodomized a woman while installing cable in her apartment, the woman claims in Hudson County Court (N.J.).

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: World Acceptance Corporation in Jackson Federal Court (Tenn.); Trinity Consulting Services dba T.C.S. Foreclosures in Orange County Court; Twelfth Street Corp. dba Village Den Restaurant, K.I.D. Restaurant Corp. dba Manatus Restaurant; 181 Restaurant Corp. dba Hudson View Restaurant in Manhattan Federal Court; ESI Maintenance Inc. in Federal Court in Ocala, Fla.; Gamestop and CVS Caremark Corp. in Connecticut Federal Court; Wells Fargo Bank and Chipotle Mexican Grill in San Francisco Superior Court; and Silicon Valley Systech in Santa Clara County Court.
