Monaco Coach Corp. failed to give its employees 60 days notice of mass layoffs, a class action claims in Oregon Federal Court.

Gill Corp. and Automatic Data Processing in Los Angeles Superior Court; Myan Management Group and SRF Personnel in Dallas Federal Court; Taqueria El Alteno No. 1 in Houston Federal Court; Citibank NA in Los Angeles Federal Court; Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Tennessee, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. and Absolute Security of America in Atlanta Federal Court; MV Transportation in Baltimore Federal Court; Food Service Management, Kobra Associates and AE Operations in Placer County Court (Calif.); and URS Corp., EG&G Technical Services and Washington Group International in Alabama Federal Court.
