A former Visual Concepts employee was fired for reporting improper billing practices and complaining about sexual harassment, including the statement that he was hired "so that the company could give the ladies something nice to look at," Tim Fields claims in Ventura County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Tiki Trucking and Chanco Enterprises in Austin Federal Court; Allied Contracting II Corp., Minelli Construction, MetLife and Metropolitan Property and Casualty Insurance Co. in Brooklyn Federal Court; Elyte ATM Services, Elyte Services and Elyte Security Servicees in Phoenix Federal Court; Beth & Wendy Corp. in Tampa Bay Federal Court; Doherty Painting & Construction in San Francisco Superior Court; J&K White dba Panhandle Laundry and Laundry Cleaning Management in Dallas Federal Court; and Western Digital Corp. and Western Digital Technologies in Alameda County Court.
