Knott's Berry Farm stiffs workers for overtime and won't give them legally required breaks, a class action claims in Orange County Court, Calif.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Waste Management of California, Michael's Stores, Ralph's Grocery Co., and Z Pizza, in Los Angeles Superior Court; LuluLemon USA and James Glidewell Dental Ceramics, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Primex Wireless, in Dallas Federal Court; Nexen USA, in a racial discrimination claim in Collin County, Texas; Rick's Cabaret International, in Manhattan Federal Court; Lowe's Home Centers, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Viaquest, in an ERISA claim in Columbus, Ohio, Federal Court; Professional Transportation and United Cos., in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; TBK Concrete, in Baltimore Federal Court; and Boise Inc., in Multnomah County Court, Ore.
