A worker sued Henkel Corp. for an intentional tort, saying his arm was pulled into a defective Webtech rewinding machine as he worked a 12-hour shift, and was stuck for 45 minutes because everyone who knew how to extract him had already left, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland.            Despite complaints of his sexual misconduct, the Waffle House did not discipline its manager Frank E. Allen, allowing him to rape a waitress, she claims in Allegheny County Court, Pittsburgh.           Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: American Mortgage Express Corp., and Jet Direct Aviation, in San Francisco Federal Court; US Bank National Association, in Sacramento Federal Court; Qualxserv, in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court; Papa Johns Pizza, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Huntleigh USA Corp., in Franklin County Court, Columbus, Ohio; United Forming, in Orlando Federal Court; Hamm & Phillips Service Co., in Oklahoma City Federal Court; Bavarian Machine Specialties, Pro-Tech Pools, and Fu’s Garden Restaurants, in Houston Federal Court; Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of the UPMC Health System, in Allegheny County Court, Pittsburgh; and Advanced Disposal Services, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court.
