Dover Downs forces employees to park in a faraway lot where they can be, and have been, attacked, and said it would not offer security or an escort "until an employee was raped," says one woman who says she was attacked, in Delaware Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: AT&T Mobiliity and Cingular Wireless Employee Services, and Gateway Insulation, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Millard Mall Services, in San Diego Superior Court; Dynamic Educational System and Exodyne, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; USF Holland, for a mass layoff, in Philadelphia Federal Court; New York Life Insurance, Family Dollar Stores, and Antovel Gelber Painting & Wallpapering, in Manhattan Federal Court; Masa Restaurant, in New York County Court; Ross Security Systems, in Tampa Federal Court; Atlantic Cable Services and Comcast Cable Communications Management, in Atlanta Federal Court; The Community Hospital of Brazosport, in Galveston Federal Court; Eagle Express Lines, in Chicago Federal Court; All American Air Conditioning & Heating Contractors, in Jacksonville, Fla., Federal Court; and Corrents Trucking, in Baton Rouge Federal Court.
