Performant Financial Corp., of Livermore, refused to discipline its vice president Said Shawaa for harassing, stalking and impregnating an employee against her will and demanding she have an abortion, the woman claims in Alameda County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Electronic Data Systems, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Techno Industrial Engineering, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Lululemon USA, in San Diego Superior Court; Red Dot Corp., in an ERISA complaint in Seattle Federal Court; Solis Stone Fabrication, in Chicago Federal Court; Fogo de Chao Churrascaria, in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis; and Kokoro Restaurant, in Denver County Court.
