Richland School District discriminates against women teachers and pays them less than men who do the same jobs, 20 named plaintiffs say in a class action in Johnstown, Pa., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Kellogg Sales Co., and Chivas USA Soccer, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Pamida Stores Operating Co., for a mass layoff, in Omaha Federal Court; American Risk Insurance Co., and Northwest Miami Gardens, in Houston Federal Court.
