Pervasive sexual harassment from Michael Todd Chrisley, owner of Chrisley Asset Management, included asking a double mastectomy survivor, "Are your tits real?" and threats to fire anyone who objected to his harassment, according to a complaint in Atlanta Federal Court.

Home Depot fired a woman for refusing her boss, Timothy Brian Lamb's, repeated demands for sexual favors, she claims in Minneapolis Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Regent Parking, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Grace Manor Health Care Facility, for a mass layoff, in Buffalo Federal Court; CleanNet of New England, in Middlesex County Court, Woburn, Mass.; and Equity Group Eufaula Division, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court.
