TIAA-CREF (Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America and College Retirement Equities Fund) stiffed workers for overtime, a class action claims in Denver Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Rite-Aid, in an overtime complaint from assistant store managers, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Kruse & Son, in Los Angeles Superior Court; CLK Management, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Advanced Accessory Systems, for a mass layoff, in Detroit Federal Court; Tur of South Florida and Kinco Logistic Services, in Tampa Federal Court.
