Two women say Houston Community College refused to act on their complaints of the chancellor's sexual advances, but forced them to quit due to retaliation and harassment, in Harris County Court.

The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA says PSA Airlines violated a collective bargaining agreement by changing work scheduling as contract talks are about to begin, in Dayton, Ohio, Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Family Dollar Stores, in Queens County Court, N.Y.; The Pros Entertainment Services, American Promotional Events / TNT Fireworks, and W.H. McAlpine Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Crozer-Keystone Health System, in Philadelphia state court; HFH Inc., in Tampa Federal Court; Transportation Made Simple, in Memphis Federal Court; and Vandegrift Forwarding, in Chicago Federal Court.
