Twelve white firefighters say the City of Bridgeport discriminated against them to promote blacks and Latinos, in New Haven Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: DirecTV Customer Services, in Ada County Court, Boise; Cargill Meat Solutions, in Omaha Federal Court; Aegis Senior Communities, in San Francisco Federal Court; Savage Services Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ascent Media Group, in Orlando Federal Court; Alan Waxler Group, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas; Midnight Express Diner, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Ozark Delivery of Missouri, in Springfield, Mo., Federal Court.
