Infineon Technologies and Qimonda laid off more than 2,000 workers without proper notice, in Virginia, North Carolina and California, a class action claims in Delaware Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Pacific Couriers, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Metropc Communications, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Kinetic Concepts Therapeutic Services, and A Transport Co., in Chicago Federal Court; Bernalillo County, in Albuquerque Federal Court; Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp., in Madison, Wisc., Federal Court; and Kenyon Plastering, in San Luis Obispo County Court.
