A branch manager claims David's Financial Corp., a check cashing business, harassed her to try to force her to abort her pregnancy, claiming she was "too poor to have a child," and fired her after she refused, in Brooklyn Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: TRG Customer Solutions, and HG Communications, in Los Angeles Superior Court; and Terrible Herbst, and CPS Security, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas.
