The Hyatt Regency Long Beach, and Check Cashiers of Southern California face class-action complaints of Labor Code violations, in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Aaron Brothers and Michaels Stores, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Boylston Technology Group, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; DV Group and RLI Insurance Co., in New York County Court; Orange County, Fla., in Orlando Federal Court; Cipriani Group, Parag Diamonds and Paramount Gems Trading, Hunda Glass Corp., and Gabwal Restaurant, in Manhattan Federal Court; the City of Jacksonville, Fla., in Jacksonville Federal Court; and Me-N-Ed's Pizzerias and Milano Restaurants International, in Fresno Superior Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
