A supervisor at Lowe's Home Centers repeatedly offered an employee money for sex and the company did nothing about it, constructively firing her, the woman claims in Providence, R.I., Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: New Start Home Health Care, Forever 21 Inc., and L.A. Grand Club, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Bridgestone Retail Operations, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; G & A Snack Distributing and SOH Distribution Co., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Enterprise Rent a Car, in Florence, Ala., Federal Court; Garden Fresh, and Southside Landscaping, in Cook County Court; DV Group and RLI Insurance Co., in New York County Court; American Diversified Services Co., in Orlando Federal Court; Convoy Systems, in Wyandotte County Court, Kan.; Cape Coral Plumbing, and Carisch Inc., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.
