A woman claims her manager at Beard's Custom Jewelry, Mark Fontaine, forced her to give him oral and digital sex, and fired her for refusing to have intercourse with him at the store, in Duval County Court, Fla.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Velvet Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Spring Air Mattress Co., in Tampa Federal Court; Au Mandarin Restaurant, and Sav Café, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Action Gator Tire, in Orlando Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
