Williams-Sonoma Stores, Tamco, MertoPCS California, and American Eagle Outfitters are accused of Labor Code violations in class actions in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Ovations Food Services, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Travel Center of America, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; the Secretary of the Navy, on behalf of security officers at the National Maritime Intelligence Center, in DC Federal Court; Guardsmark, in San Francisco Federal Court; Pro-Tech Water & Waste Water Services, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; Modern EPC, for a mass layoff, in Lufkin, Texas, Federal Court; Southern Freight, in Atlanta Federal Court; and Calvary Care II & III, in Greenbelt, Md., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
