A woman claims her boss at FMS, debt collectors, offered her money for sex, asked her to "get naked," and that the vice president repeatedly asked her to spank him, and that they fired her to retaliate for complaining of the harassment, in Tulsa Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Costco Wholesale Corp., in San Diego Superior Court; 7-Eleven, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Strategic Retail Solutions, and Spectrum Athletics, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Portfolio Recovery Associates, in Manhattan Federal Court; Elegant Marble and Granite, and United Electric, in Tampa Federal Court; Palm Auto Management, the Source of Light and Hope Development Center, and Your Pool Specialist, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Proficient Business Systems and Deloitte Consulting, in Chicago Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
